AUSTRALIA
Orders with an Australian delivery address are sent via Express Post with Australia Post. You can expect to receive your parcel within 1-3 business days from dispatch. It is our priority to deliver your order as quickly as possible.
SAFE DELIVERY
Please include a company name if you are requesting delivery to a business address. Ensure you are delivering to a safe address where your parcel cannot be intercepted. If a parcel has been signed and accepted on delivery, CPAP World is not responsible if the signee is fraudulent. Orders are sent with a requirement for Signature Delivery. There is an option for the customer to override that requirement and request the parcel be left in a safe place. If the customer chooses this option, CPAP World will not take responsibility should the parcel go missing.
ORDER CONFIRMATION
All CPAP World orders will receive an email confirmation. You will receive a second notification email with tracking details on dispatch. We cannot amend orders once the confirmation has been sent.
