At CPAP World, we understand that sometimes a purchase doesn’t quite work out. Our refund policy is designed to be transparent and fair, keeping in mind the nature of our medical products.

Return Eligibility

• Unopened and Unused Products: Products that remain unopened and unused are eligible for return.

• Refund Amount: We will refund the price paid for the item, less the original postage cost.

Non-Returnable Items

• Due to strict health and hygiene standards, any product that has been opened or used cannot be returned.

Manufacturer’s Warranty Our products are covered by a manufacturer’s warranty, which addresses defects in material or workmanship. The warranty does not cover regular wear and tear or misuse.
